Born and raised in hilly San Francisco, California, Maribel Vargas was introduced to riding electric unicycles by her brother. Passionate about all e-mobility she began to practice and found herself reaching podiums in PEV races in California. First place in women’s division TEF1. Does on and off-road racing.
Her love for e-mobility inspired her to take part in San Francisco’s biggest e-riding community BAESK8.Maribel also organizes and runs local intro2speed events where she provides a space and platform for PEV riders to hone their skills.
This season, Maribel joins team SlipStream led by Harrie Silver!
