SlipStream, led by the UK gaming content creator, will be composed of newbies Maribel Vargas and Georgie Louis with a third rider still to be announced.
Maribel Vargas

Born and raised in hilly San Francisco, California, Maribel Vargas was introduced to riding electric unicycles by her brother. Passionate about all e-mobility she began to practice and soon found herself reaching podiums in PEV (personal electric vehicle) races in California.
Her love for e-mobility also inspired her to be part of San Francisco’s biggest e-riding community BAESK8 and also organize intro2speed events for people looking to improve their e-riding skills.
Georgie Louis

From Salem, Massachusetts, rookie Georgie, like many of our riders, has always had a passion for going really fast.
He has been professionally freestyle scootering since 2011 and has taken part in numerous competitions. A social worker by day, he loves being community facing and working with people first hand.
When he bought an e-scooter last year to help navigate traffic around the busy tourist destination, he “really got a feel for it” and quickly worked to build up his skills.
Carlos Espinosa

Previously a reserve rider for the eSkootr Championship in the 2022 season, Malaga-born Carlos Espinosa Jimenez joins eSC as part of Harrie Silver’s SlipStream. Racing since age 4, he started his career in minimoto back in 2010, Carlos has competed in a variety of Spanish professional two-wheel championships including Motocross, the Spanish Superbike Championship and the Flat Track World Championship in 2018 before transitioning to e-scooters with eSC. His experience across a variety of surfaces and machines, gave him an advantage on the S1-X where he was able to easily adapt his technique to the unique riding style of the e-scooter.
When he isn’t racing, he is the director of and teacher at the prestigious Moto School Málaga who develop the next generation of racing talent in Spain.
